At Amber Tallow, we're confident you'll love our products. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return

  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Products in original packaging (opened products are still eligible)
  • Products purchased directly from ambertallow.com
  • Products that are at least 50% full (for opened items)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (contact retailer directly)
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Free samples or promotional items

How to Return

Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. For orders over $50, return shipping is free. For orders under $50, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack the product(s) in original packaging if possible. Attach the prepaid return label and drop off at any USPS location.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Information

Refund Amount

  • Full refund: Product price will be fully refunded
  • Original shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping: Free for orders over $50; $5.95 deducted for orders under $50

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 1-2 business days for inspection and processing
  • 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Additional time may be needed depending on your bank or card issuer

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping costs and any customs/duties paid are non-refundable.

Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs charges.

Gift Returns

If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us at [email protected]. Provide the gift giver's name or order number if available. Gift returns will be issued as store credit to protect the gift giver's privacy.
